1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
This guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only. Renewals and subsequent billing periods are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
2. How to Request a Refund

Please include your PayPal transaction ID and the reason for your refund request. We may ask follow-up questions to improve our service, but a reason is not required to receive a refund within the guarantee period.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. After the Guarantee Period
Refunds are not available after the 14-day guarantee period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
5. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Plan Changes
If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Downgrades are not eligible for partial refunds.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback through PayPal or your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of your account.
8. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service and refunds at our discretion in such cases.
